First of all, Gary did not tell me over the phone that he would be unable to replace my sliding glass door lock because it was a hurricane door and the locks are very expensive. He only carries regular sliding door locks. All of the sliding patio doors on the galt ocean drive would be hurricane doors since the condo units are right on the beach. He came to my house and made an adjustment to the lock indicating that this was all that it needed. Shortly, he discovered that the lock still did not work. He installed a screw lock that screws into a hole he drilled into the frame of the door.. This cost me $85 cash. Outrageous!

very flexible and affordable

I had originally scheduled service from Gary for Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at 10am. However, the closing on my new condo in Margate, Florida, finished a lot earlier than anticipated. I still had packing and things to do on the following day, because I was flying out in the early afternoon. I phoned Gary and asked if it were possible for him to come out that very afternoon so that when I left Florida, nobody would have keys to my condo other than myself. Gary arrived within an hour, had rekeyed both locks and replaced a tumbler within a matter of minutes. Would I recommend A-Best? YOU BET!!!!!!!! Thank you A-Best.
