Do not use this company. Unprofessional installation. Gerry compromised my new ($3,500) impact door by cutting the strike plates while screwed into the frame. The door is now considered out of warranty. He cut the metal frame by the strike plates and cut the weather stripping which cannot be fixed or replaced. He also cut the holes of the strike plates leaving metal threads which could cut a person especially small children's fingers. The job was $149.80 charged to my credit card. A-Best was to issue a credit refund. It has not been received. I had to call in another locksmith to install a new lock system. Several locksmiths have told me that the strike plates should not have been cut if the plates were part of the locking system. Gerry received a 1/2 star because the review could not be submitted. He was to come to the house to retrieve his lock system as we agreed upon. He has not.
