Write a Reviewprompt about scheduling my job quickly. Fabricator was great. His installation was very fast. .. but That?s where it ends though. Never returned to fix the damages he caused in my kitchen(I actually have that in his writing) . Messed up drywall in particular. Told me that ?it wasn?t his responsibility? but put it in writing that he would be back out to have it repaired. Surprise! He Never came back. When my husband called and text, he never returned calls.. nothing. By the way , Ive Never heard of a policy like that. I always thought when A contractor comes into your home and leaves damage they fix it. Not according to the owner. What was a $3100 job turned into a $4000 job Because he slipped a $800 extra charge in there at the end. Did give me the 862.00 to fix my cabinets that he damaged but not without a bunch of whining . Back to that extra $800.00 . all of the sudden when he wanted to be paid before the job was completed, the bill went up by An extra $800. (for no good reason
The job turned out beautifully, and we are very happy with the results.
Good job but you have to be patient.
Stuck to budget and little turn around time.
Fantastic work. Will hire again. Replace kitchen and bathroom coutertops and all sinks. They look amazing and the charge a fair price. Justin and his team did a great making sure everything was to our likening. Very professional and they show up on time.
Very busy company in the ABQ area but great value for the money. If you are willing to put in some of your own work, time, and money - this is the company I recommend. I might use it again. As mentioned by previous posters, there is no voicemail, and texts and return calls may be hit or miss. In addition, multiple parts had to be redone and rescheduled due to install errors, overscheduled time slots, or other excuses. These can all be worked through with a little diligence. The owner does over-promise but gets the job done in the end. Some level of skill on your part will probably be required to achieve the desired result. All that said, I could not find better in the ABQ area without having a huge budget and waiting far longer for the big companies to even look at the project. Thank you ABQ StoneWorx for all of your help. In the end, it was a fun experience and the wife and I have learned a lot and had some interesting times working through this project. I would say in the end it even helped us grow closer to one another.
Replacement sink smaller than original and initially installed incorrectly. Good granite but less than accurate cutting.
I can’t say enough for how great this team was. My kitchen looks amazing. Thank you Will and all the team!
Customer service was good. Install took a little longer than expected but they were in high demand. Offered a payment plan with money down.
Only reason I gave a 4.5 was not because of any lack of craftsmanship. the 4.5 was due to the scheduling. When a scheduled time was supposed to been met, it wasn't. This was for one instance only. I get it, things happen and come up but let the customer know. That it itself is in no way a bad reflection on the quality of work. I got 5 bids and went with Stoneworx. I could have gone with someone else. NO company is perfect, as you as homeowners know. I would use them again and have referred friends and family. The product and the install went smooth. very nice and able to explain and answer questions and concerns. Thank you Will for the countertops.
