Amber was very friendly and helpful. She quoted me to drop a tree in a tricky spot and I'd clean up and keep the wood. We agreed they would cut pieces down to about three feet. The original day they were scheduled got delayed due to rain, they attempted to top the tree the next day with guy that was pretty green.. and rescheduled again due to winds . The third day they brought an expert and he topped the tree quickly. They did cut up some of the brush but left very large pieces including an 8 ft by 3 ft trunk. When I asked to cut it smaller, they said they wont cut it unless they are hauling it away. Overall I'm happy with the service but it was a bit more clean up than I expected. I would use them again.

I do not know if you have had a lot of tree work done in the past but normally on a leave and lay (which is just dropping the tree) we weren't supposed to cut up anything, that's why the cost is very low. What we did cut up (the majority of the tree) we just did as a courtesy for your patience in dealing with the weather. We do appreciate your business and I'm glad to know that you'll call us again. I really dont have any knowledge of comparing A and A to any other comparable business. The 1 plus is that A and A did accept the insurance money for my job.

I don't think they were wanting you to rate us comparing us to other companies. If you have no knowledge of any other companies you would just rate us on our quality of work. I was shocked when I saw this review because you said everything was perfect and we helped you with the price. $500 for a 30 ft pine is a great deal. i believe in the beginning it was a rush job ,the approach was very unprofessional which caused other problems, making the job more costly than what it should of been, the workers arrived to the job location late in the day leaving little daylight to work safely at completing the job at hand...this was not a good choice

I'm kind of lost with your review. We spent several days taking down a DoubleTree off your property so I am not understanding where the rush part came in. Yes, my workers move fast and safe and are trained very well however that does not mean there are rushing. I also would like to see were you paid any more money than what your quote was. There was no extra expense to you whatsoever, I actually let you combine several coupons to save you money so why you would put that on this review is beyond me. The professional thing to do if you weren't happy with any of your work would be to contact me for me to have a chance to fix it but I do not recall any problems.

Called them. Schedule a time to give an estimate. They were able to do the work right away. Did a great job avoiding any collateral damage cutting a dead pine tree in the corner of 2 fences and our pool. Cleaned everything up like they were never there. Well done!
