The final outcome was impeccable, however the process was a bit painful. Mark is a very busy man and I get that, but sometimes getting timely responses are painful. Additionally, his crew did not protect my home while working and they ended up making unnecessary messes (example: soot coating my living room while chimney sweeping) and they broke a basement window while chucking bricks from the roof with no shoot/slide for the bricks. Thankfully no one was outside the home and there were no injuries. In the end, Mark made it right and the results are great but the process was not ideal.

Came right on time and completed the work very quickly. Did an inspection and cleaning and a repair all within an hour, and everything was clean enough that you'd never know they were here. I'd definitely recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment online for late in the evening after work. Mark took the time to give a detailed itemized quote for my foundation repair with options for me to choose from. Each option was reasonably priced, and included foundation repair, cleaning gutters, removing shrubs, and digging dry well gutter drains as a complete solution for the water coming into the basement since the previous homeowner. I wish I had hired someone like Mark to inspect the foundation of the home prior to buying. Mark also fit me in within a week since I had already started excavating and removing a few damaged blocks myself, but found more extensive damage than I was comfortable repairing. I would hire them again without reservation, and have saved them as a favorite for future projects.

I was very satisfied with the chimney repair. Mark was very professional and guided me every step of the way. He worked closely with my realtor and also the realtor of my home buyer.
