Other than having a problem with getting called back initially I would rate the service very good. I hired him to clean and inspect the chimney, The price was very reasonable, and he was on time. We may hire him again to do another job around the house. The best chimney sweep we have ever hired.

They ripped me off by charging $350 to apply a watered-down slurry to mortar cracks and simply sweeping out the fireplace. They left a Shop-Vac full of creosote chunks in the flue and left it too dangerous to use.

Service was excellent, they arrived on time and got right to work . Only issue was that they could have vacuumed the chimney box a little better.

Small job, but was handled very well,good cleanup and was the price quoted.
