While AAA is a masonry company, I needed my gas fireplace insert serviced and I was assured that AAA could do it and get my unit working. And they did. I suggested the owner add servicing of gas fireplaces to his website, as clearly, he knows what he is doing.

I needed a chimney flu repair. They came to my house within 1 1/2 hrs of my call and repaired within 30 min. Everything was done professionally and I was happy with the repair.

Needed wood stove cleaned and flue checked. They were on time, worked quickly, efficiently and the owner Mark was very nice. Will use them again the Spring for some other masonry work. Price was good also.

Nice guy but he hires people who don't speak English and have no identification on their truck or themselves. (They are probably illegals.)They showed up before he did and tried to get into my house. Not okay. When he and his regular guy came they were great!

The project was scheduled the same week we spoke. However, they didn't show up in the day we schedule to have the chimney/inspected and cleaned. We had to call to see what the delay, there was accident with one the drivers. We had to reschedule for the next day, they were late the following day, but they got the job done with no mess behind.

AAA came and tried to remove the pellet stove for cleaning, the forced the frame out of the fireplace and tried to leave without fixing a gap they created. After shimming the gap and promising to return to address the issue, the owner has not contacted me after I made a follow up call. I will take care of the issue myself or hire another contractor, I would not recommend AAA Masonry.

mark was great! i shopped around a bit and he was easily the cheapest. and he was more thorough than anyonr else ive hired over the years for the same job. will keep him in mind for any future masonry projects
