Alen at A1 responded first of the four vendors that matched with my job. He came the next day to look at my damaged roof -- even though I wasn't home! He called me to report and we arranged for him to do the job right then. He made the repair within an hour or so, I paid him electronically and my worries about roof leak was over! Thanks, Alen!

Allen came out ASAP to assess our roof repair and offered a realistic estimate to do more work than we expected. He wanted to make sure our roof would last longer before having to invest a lot of money for future repairs. Very genuine. Very easy to reach via email and cell phone. Allen came back out to make sure the work was done properly which is a really nice sign of quality customer service. There were some scheduling difficulties but that is expected with house repairs and services. Highly recommended and looking forward to having additional work done by A1.
