Allen and Jose did a good job with the roof installation for our Victorian home. However we have a leak on our back porch where a rubber roof was installed. Jose looked and recommended a siding issue, Allen said he will visit and take care of it but it is been 3 months and several messages and still waiting to hear back from Allen. I hope Allen can fix this leak and also clean out seamless gutter debris from the roof replacement. Roofing is about customer service and I hope this can be fixed asap.

The pricing was fair. The crews were accommodating and professional. My only complaint is that contacting A1 top quality over phone and email. I was never able to get them over the phone number provided, but they response quickly on Angi.
