A1 came, gave an estimate and then showed up when they said. That last part differentiates them from the several Yellow Pages calls I made before that. I had wind damage to several pieces of my siding and the A1 crew did the repair well, saving the existing pieces and repairing the insulation on one, exactly the outcome I hoped for. It only took a few minutes, which made the price seem a bit steep in hindsight. I know that showing up with a truck and tools and men that know how to use them has a certain minimum cost but... It is the price I agreed to though and I paid it gladly and my house looks whole again. Thanks to Alan, Alex and crew! I'll definitely hire them again and would recommend them to a friend.

A1 Top Quality Construction was extremely responsive, was very competitive from a cost standpoint, and did a great job on replacing the roof on our single-level Ranch house. Allen responded to my request to evaluate our leaking roof in under a day. He arrived on-time to look at the roof and provided multiple options on how his team could address the issues. After receiving multiple quotes and speaking with different contractors, we decided to move forward with Allen and A1 Top Quality Construction because of their positive reviews on Angie's List and Home Advisor, the estimated cost to do the job, and because of Allen's responsiveness and honest assessment of what the job would entail. Allen and his crew replaced our entire roof, along with installing all-new plywood, in two days. His crew left the jobsite clean and they were very professional. I would recommend A1 Construction.

Very responsive proposal with a detailed explanation of options and pricing for repair vs. rebuild. Job was completed promptly with immaculate clean up and courteous team doing the work on the roof and despite very cold and windy weather at our three story home near the ocean they finished in just two days. Brick selection was just what we asked for and job was executed above expectations. I highly recommend Alex and the A1 team. Bravo.
