Wow! My basement is absolutely gorgeous! I donâ t usually write reviews, but this contractor, Dan, deserves 5-Stars! A1 Quality Construction transformed my unfinished basement to a beautiful lower level living quarters. The owner of the company not only gave me a cost estimate but also a timeframe estimate and came in exact on both. He and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. They did not stop until the job was complete. And they went above and beyond for all my extra requests. I highly recommend this company and already have another project for them. Iâ ve heard horror stories about home remodels. This company was truly excellent in service and quality, and they exceeded my expectations!

Dan and his crew were spot on for the money. Dan was very pleasant to speak with on a daily basis ! I wanted a no bulls..t deal and Dan put it in perspective. I was trying to stay within budget and Dan even corrected some of my spending mistakes as I looked to purchase items that were a bit more costly than I expected in my research. As I move forward in my new home, I plan on other projects that will be contracted out to Dan and his A1 Quality team. I hired A1 Quality for a 10X12 (interior dimension) laundry room/half bath all brick exterior room addition to my home. Dan was a great listener and understood my vision. We hired A1 Quality Construction to finish 1,700 feet of our unfinished basement. Within 5 weeks they were able to frame out the walls, install drywall and electrical, fix the plumbing, prime the walls, and ceilings, and finish everything to perfection. They had multiple people working at the same time to ensure every deadline they set was met. The owner, Dan, was in contact with us throughout the process to communicate progress and to ensure we were happy with the results and service provided. The service was impeccable. Dan responded quickly to calls, texts, and emails. The guys made sure to communicate unforeseen snags as well as provide options for how they could be addressed. Each employee we encountered provided us with the same great service and professionalism. They showed up on time or early every day. I have had many friends complain about dustiness when dealing with remodels not the case with A1. The guys went above and beyond to make sure the basement was swept and usable for us every night.

Dan was quick to meet with me to review my project and he provided an initial quote the same day, which was quite a bit less than the competition.
