He was the only one who came into our home during the quoting process and pointed out a safety concern for our family. I worked with A1 Quality Construction to build an addition to our house, and also moving the washer and dryer in the same level, and I am very happy with the results. The team showed up everyday without fail, and were focused on completing the job on time, so you are assured that they are not working on multiple jobs and doing a balancing act. Dan communicated well and provided timely updates, since I was out of the house going to work most of the days. My arrangement with the team to use the door entry code worked out really well. We had our basement remodeled. Added 3 rooms and a bathroom. Dan and his Team did a great job. I would definitely hire them again for future home improvement projects. They finished within the estimated time frame and Dan made sure our needs were taken care of.

We had Dan and his crew finish our basement. This included breaking out concrete, adding a bathroom, bedroom, family room and wet bar/kitchenette. Everything went smoothly as planned and they finished everything to our satisfaction.

We are incredibly happy (and impressed) with the work Dan and his guys have done! Dan worked within our ideas and desires to refit our basement, adding a 3/4 bathroom, storage room, and maintenance access, as well as refinishing the office and living space post-flooding damage. We spend a lot of time in our basement and Dan understood that, and created a comfortable and beautiful new space down there.
