He came by that same day, walked me through his licensing and insurance without me even having to ask, climbed up on the roof, and applied a silicone bead to get me safely through the weekend — no hesitation, no runaround. Highly recommend 9Hammers! They have been great from the start. Only company I know of who has great customer service. It’s very easy to get a hold of them. Everyone is very friendly. They got the job done within a week of demoing and rebuilding. Everyone has been great. Sales rep was very friendly, gave us many options on the different products. We ran into an issue before the start, but the sales rep and company worked with us to make sure we could get what we wanted. Adam was great as well. Constantly communicated what was going on. Hard to come by that with companies anymore. They were also fairly priced compared to other quotes I received. Love the workmanship warranty as well! Excellent work replacing deck boards and drink rail on our 30-year-old 16' x 35' deck. Crew was responsive, quick, and very precise in their attention to detail in both demolition and construction phases of the work. I would quickly recommend 9Hammers for other projects.

Ray runs an excellent company. The prices was fantastic and the construction went very smooth. The workmanship on my two renovated decks is superb. Scheduled me quickly. Fast, professional, & reasonably priced. They identified the damaged area & had it repaired within 2 hours or so. They also cleaned up the yard before they left.
