    Steve was wonderful to work with during the home inspection process. He was very thorough with his work and was open to questions before, during, and after the inspection. He provided a report very quickly after he finished that was very detailed and helpful. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a complete home inspection prior to buying!

    Very reliable friendly and complete when it comes to Steve. He did an amazing job going through everything in a house Iâ m buying and gave me a few pointers tips on things I could do myself. The report was incredibly detailed and completed shortly after the inspection it gave me peace of mind in buying a House. I would definitely recommend Steve in the future, I could not ask for a better price very inexpensive and detailed inspection.

    I have hired Steve 4 times to do inspections on the homes I was purchasing. Steve is very thorough and answered any questions that I had. He gave me lots of pointers on things I could take care of myself. I had the report back with in 30 minutes after completion ! I highly recommend Steve and I will hire him in the future :)

    If you are looking for a top tier home inspection, LOOK NO FURTHER! We have hired Steve twice now and Steve has been nothing but amazing to my fiancée and I. We absolutely love how thorough Steve is with his home inspections (everything well labeled and documented) and how he is willing to be very accommodating.     8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
