Very knowledgeable. Did a thorough inspection, took samples and gave us the whole gamut of possible remedies from most expensive on down. We felt like we have good choices for the next step.

Steve was very personable and easy to work with. He worked around my schedule with no questions or complaints. He is very thorough and helpful in explaining everything he sees during the process. He is easy to get ahold of and has been great to work with. He really helped us out during a time crunch. We will go with Steve moving forward for any home inspections we need done in the future. You won't regret hiring him!

Steve was absolutely AMAZING! I called on a Sunday evening expecting to get a voicemail but he promptly picked up and was super friendly. We got plenty of notifications leading up to the date of inspection reminding us of our appointment. He was there early and was not rushing or acting pressed for time throughout the entire process, which our inspection lasted 3.5 hours! He is very thorough and shows you pictures and video along the way, all while engaging in conversation and answering any questions you have. This whole home buying process has been stressful, but dealing with Steve definitely put our mind at ease after all of the craziness. If I could give him a higher rating I would, he was just that fantastic.
