I hired Steve for 2 different real estate transactions. The first one fell through because I was armed with good information from the inspection, and refused to overpay for the property. The second was easier. I ended up purchasing my new home at a fair price and with eyes wide open to any issues that need attention. Steveâ s work was thorough, professional & timely. The report was easy to understand. And I found him to be personable & knowledgeable each time we met.

Steve was fantastic, super detailed and careful. He talked us through everything, had great advice, and caught even the smallest of things. He was quick to schedule the inspection and then his report was completed in less than an hour - that is because he does the report as he goes, with detailed photos and advice. Quite amazing. This is the 6th home we have purchased and he was the best inspector we have ever had.

Working with Steve Owen's and 4site inspections of Michigan, was beyond my expectations of an inspection company. Thanks to his detailed inspection, which included many pictures, and detailed description of what he saw during inspection, the good and the bad. Me and my wife decided to pass on a house that would have cost us more than the house was worth. We are still in the process of looking for a home to buy, and can't wait to do business with this company again. And in hopes that I can request this company to do all our inspections until we find the right house, to call home. Thank you so much.

Steve was imacculate! He was unbelieveably detailed and very knowledgeable. i would also like to add how patient he was with all of my questions even the tidieous ones. He was quick to schedule a home inspection with and made one of the most stressful things about buying a home extremely stress free and for that I would highly recomend Steve at 4site to anyone in need of an inspector.
