    Steve was extremely thorough in his services and the home inspection report format and layout was superlative. We could quickly see the life safety and structural issues that needed to be fixed. The other faults detected during the inspection were logically explained with photos including a "what to expect" for each line item. I used his services twice and would use them again if the situation arose. I heartily recommend his services to you.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
