Friendly people from estimation through installation. Everyone was very thorough, especially during the initial energy audit, and the work was completed in a timely manner.

Personnel was professional and explained each step and showed me pictures of the progress.

Very easy to work with. Their repncame out and did a free home energy audit in a timely manner. They then go over over everything they find. He walked me through everything he found. The list he came up was priced out but was definitely a little more than I wanted to spend...but he worked with me to figure out what items to fix that would give me the most bang for my buck at the cost wanted to spend. We definitely notice an improvement in the house from the fixes. I would recommend these guys.

Very thorough audit and clear explanation of what was being done throughout process. The use of a thermal imaging unit helped to further identify locations of heat loss that I would have never suspected. Excellent service overall

Extremely professional and conscientious about their work.

The installer had a malfunction in his equipment, which caused the chemicals to come out separately and damage my 225 year old wood floors. The company initially denied responsibility but I had photographic evidence that the floors had not been adequately covered. The company eventually agreed to refund me $900 to have the floors repaired, which I found a reasonable settlement. Mistakes happen to everyone, and I respect that the company did the right thing in the end.

The project was to insulate a cantilever kitchen bump out that had sink pipes running under it. Both the sales adviser and the project manager were outstanding. Mike Wilson did a great job explaining everything he was doing as he was doing it, capturing with photos and doing everything the right way! Definitely recommend them and use them again.

They were to put in spray foam, but used foam sheets instead. They did a great job, and actually recommended a change that saved us considerable money from the initial estimate. They put clothes down every day and cleaned up carefully each evening.

Excellent service and professional work. The only problem was a broken sprayer for which there was no spare that delayed completion. The company refunded our extra hotel night and the owner John LeVan came out personally to ensure clean-up was done correctly and that their work met our expectations. This was also the only company of four that gave an appraisal that provided health and safety information on the product and how ventilation should be performed!!!
