Fantastic job. Trimmed trees plus removed 3 Eureka palms and one Oak. The Oak was between houses and was huge. Sam and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They worked hard and expertly to resolve my issues. They listened to my concerns and did a better job than I could have imagined. I will hire them again in a heart beat!

Great work for half the price than two other bidders, but not so good on clean-up,

1,2,Tree removed a huge (about 30 years old) oak tree in my side yard that was between mine and my neighbors home. Sam went over and above by working with the city to get the required permit approval. The tree was taken down and everything was cleaned up nicely. Would definitely recommend.

Called them, worked with me on pricing to remove few stumps in my patio yard, I’m always out during week working, but they said they can still do it while I’m not there, so next day they came out and when I got home it that night it was done, honest hardworking men!

I wish I could give a better review as everything started off great. Sam came out to give me an estimate and negotiated with me in order to get my business. He was very polite, thorough and made me feel confident in choosing them to remove 3 trees prior to fence installation. They came out to begin the work on the date they promised but ended up cutting into my cable wire when removing one of the trees. This happens, I understand and he was willing to work with me to get it fixed. They left for the day without finishing the job, They were supposed to fill in the areas where the trees were removed with sod. A few days went by and I did not hear from Sam. I finally reached out and he apologized and said they were unable to find any sod in the area. I find that hard to believe but even if it were true, a simple call or text to let me know would have been the professional thing to do. It took several calls for them to finally come back out to finish the work. Once the work was complete, I asked for the invoice so that I could submit payment. Two weeks went by and I never received an invoice. I reached out to Sam again who said he thought he responded but realized the text did not go through. We agreed to pay via venmo but I asked to please email me the invoice. He promised he would send and never did. I sent 5 subsequent messages and never received a response. I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service I ended up receiving. I was extremely polite and understanding throughout the entire process but being that I STILL have not received a response, I am unable to give a positive review.

We had 2 large trees to be removed, Sam assured us, once he was finished we would not know there had been trees. This turned out to be a lie and over exaggerations. They took 4 days to complete the work, it was poorly done, there are still lots of large roots not removed, plus lots of debris left that we are still clearing up more than 3 weeks later. They had different workers each day, which was a little disconcerting. We Have been trying to get Sam to come back to look at the Unfinished work; we’ve left messages, sent texts and spoken to Sam, but no follow up. I’ve still not received a receipt for the work that was done.

Sam, Patrick, and Justin did an outstanding job. I had three Tropical Mahogany trees, that had been neglected after extensive storm damage. They artfully sculpted the trees for better airflow, removed branches over the roof, and removed the largest, which had large roots, and was over the house. All with no damage to the surroundings, and they carted away all the debris ( a lot ! ) These hard working guys did such a fine job, that my neighbor hired them too. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The owners came out to do the work. They were fast and efficient. Good job Very satisfied

Called me several times to let me know when he was coming for a estimate, we spent 1 hour going over things. Being disabled I mentioned that I my have to pay him this month and next month he said it would be okay but he gave me such a good price I was able to pay all. Plus when SAM came to the work I added a few more things and did not change me extra I new he did not make enough for the work. But he will get more work from me, and their are some more people interested.
