Thanks to HomeAdvisor for steering me to this company. Chris, of 10 Star Computers, LLC, promptly responded to my request for service/quote and arrived at the appointed time without delay. Chris is not only well qualified, as a Tech. in this field, but also has the patience to explain what the problem is and what's necessary to fix it in a manner that's easily understood. I was equally impressed with his insistence to stay on the problem(s) until the "fix" was proven from several or more different exercises. I am very pleased with 10 Star, and Chris and will recommend this company at any time.

Chris started up my new laptop, installed my printer and checked out my very old computer for $125.00. This was a great price because another company wanted almost $200 for the laptop alone. He told me my computer was too old to speed up and spending time on it would be a waste of money. I appreciate and admire anyone who's honest these days. He could have tried to fix it and charged me anyway, which he did not. All of his work was fast, personable and professional. I will not hesitate to call this company in the future.

Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, stayed until he finished the job and even replaced parts that were needed at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company and will use them again if ever needed. I even got a 1 year warranty on everything he replaced! I won't use anyone else ever again.
