Chris, the computer guy was absolutely amazing. He was able to explain the problem with my computer in simple language, to the point that I understand. He went above and beyond fixing the computer by adding an antivirus, cleaned the computer, and made sure everything was running correctly and smoothly before giving it back to me. He was very nice and courteous. Chris is an awesome computer technician. I will definitely bring my computer back to him if I have any more problems with it in the future. He deserves a raise.
