Chris was amazing! I am so thankful for him and all the awesome Home Advisor reviews that lead me to him. My sonâ s computer gave him the dreaded blue screen after an update attempt. He tried to fix it himself, but I ultimately hit Home Advisor in search of someone more qualified. I found Chris and the rest is history. Chris called me immediately after receiving my request to begin troubleshooting over the phone. Within an hour he was at my door and getting down to business. He explained everything he was doing to both me and my son. Two hours later, my sonâ s PC is better than new! He even taught my son the proper way to update and maintain software and made some future upgrade suggestions. Thank you Chris! We will definitely be calling for future computer needs.

One of the few computer tech people that actually know what they are doing. 95% do not!!! Most just come out run software and have no idea except using the delete key. Its nice to find a knowagable thinking person:) I highly recommend this company.

Christopher was very responsive and explained computer; charges were reasonable, and he took the time to explain things that were not clear to me, He is very accessible so if you're in a bind, he'll be there for you.

Very honest. He tells you what it will cost and even if he does something extra he doesn't charge more. He will explain everything he's doing and why. He will even show you how to do things on your computer that you would have to read the manual for. He's also calls before he comes and if he's going to be late. You won't be disappointed.
