I love my new storm windows. The install crew was wonderful. They arrived early, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and capable. They were very clean inside and outside. I recommend this product and this team 200%

repair done quickly and efficiently but a little upsetting having to pay for repair on lifetime warranties windows because the company was bought out and no longer warranties windows from previous owner.

This company does not does deserve 1 star. I do not recommend this company. We used them to have all of the windows replaced in our house. One of the window frames they put in was bent from them using a mallet to put it in cause it was not cut correctly. We asked them to please replace it and they said they would. We have not been able to get in contact with them since. We have also noticed that they did not seal all of the windows and covered it up with the blinds thinking they would not be found. We ordered privacy windows for both of our bathrooms and when they came in they were not privacy. They said they would come back out and change the glass. Again we have not seen them. They screens the are damage proof but they are not!. My husband hit a stick while mowing and it flew out and ripped the screen. We have tried to call them several times to get them to come out and fix it and have not gotten any response back from them.

Juan indeed took the time to understand our interests regarding impact of Hurricane 5 Windows and helped us achieve our goal with great care. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to install impact windows throughout our entire home. Since our house has an open floor plan, the sun rays were damaging our fabrics, but now they are fully protected! We highly recommend Juan and his installation team. The installers were very organized, clean, and efficient. It was truly impressive to watch them handle such a massive job with such skill and coordination.
