Long story about my incredible experience so far below: Our roof and siding were older, losing grit and fading, and we had lost some shingles in a storm. After having another company out that was okay/average, I did some research and read a ton of reviews. Home Genius Exteriors really stood out from the rest, so we decided to setup an appointment. Our Home Remodeling Expert was named John and he was the best! He did a complete and thorough inspection of our home inside and out (including using a drone). He even went up into our attic mid-summer to see what was going on under the roof. He then took us though all of the photos and videos and explained what was happening. He also listened to what we were hoping to improve. He provided multiple options and recommendations and answered all of our questions and concerns. Next thing I knew we were creating models of our actual home and toggling between different colors, styles, materials, etc. John was extremely patient as it took a while for us to get it dialed in just right. He wrote up our project, helped to find some discounts and areas we could save money to stay within our budget without compromising the end result we were now in love with. We decided to get a roof, siding, windows, patio door, and gutter replacement to completely makeover and modernize our home. The next day we were contacted by our Home Genius project coordinators Tiffany and Beth to schedule our roof install and to have a technician out to remeasure and confirm our windows/patio door order. I figured it would be a while to get on the schedule...They blew me away. Measurement appointment tomorrow and roof install the next day! Our measurement technician was named Frank and he arrived on time, took off his shoes without being asked (love that), and his attention to detail was impeccable. He even went as far as to reconfirm our order and to walk us through what to expect with the windows and patio door install. That afternoon Brandon, our Home Genius Project Manager for the roof install, called to introduce himself and provide a detailed timeline for the day of the install and to see if we had any questions. He also informed us when the dumpster and materials would arrive that evening. The next morning Brandon and the roofing installation crew showed up at 7:00 and began prepping our home, including hanging tarps from the roof to protect our landscaping and even moving all of our deck & patio furniture out into the yard for protection. Then the work really started - the crew was incredibly fast and efficient! They had all of the old roof off in less than 3hrs. By lunch they were done laying the new underlayment and starting to put on shingles. They worked non-stop. The roof was finished by 8:00 and what I really appreciate, is they spent almost an hour cleaning up the jobsite and even using magnets to make sure no nails were left behind in the grass or landscaping. Brandon was terrific throughout the project. He provided detailed explanations of what was happening, provided updates on timing and progress, answered all of our questions, and made sure that the installation was perfect. He even came by the next day to do a second final walkthrough to make sure nothing was missed since it was getting dark the night before. Roof looks amazing and we could not be happier! Can not wait for the next stages of our home transformation!"

"Joe was great. He was able to diagnose through elimination that the problem was my couch's battery and not the wiring , connections or bad switches. He took a spring off of the couch so I was able to manually recline and sit up until I received a replacement battery."

"They tore out an old wood deck that had very steep & dangerous steps. They installed a new composite deck that is way better than I ever imagined. They listened to what we wanted & did it exactly. Then we realized we wished we had run the decking all the way to the driveway. They let us know the additional cost & came back out to do the additional decking in a very timely manner. I now have a deck that is even better than I imagined. I love my new composite deck. I have to share that with the original deck project, there was a bit of a timing issue because I was having new windows installed. They not only met the deadline, but they beat it by a couple of days. Then they came back out to do my add-on to my deck within a couple of days of my windows getting finished. What made the whole project even better is they cleaned everything up nicely when they left. They also made sure that I was happy with everything prior to leaving at job completion. "Everyone I have worked with was great. Victor did a good job of explaining exactly what needed to be done when he came out to give me an estimate. Due to the tricky layout of my yard, they had to bore instead of just excavate. My situation was complex due to the house being on an incline, the neighbor's fence being too close to the side of the house for them to excavate where the original water line was, and the hookup to the main was in the middle of a city sidewalk. Some of the companies I contacted could not even handle the job. OBA had to bring in special boring equipment, which bumped the price up, but it also did minimal if any damage to the roots of my neighbor's 100 year old pine tree. I love that tree, so that was a relief. There was also only a tiny patch of my yard that got ripped up for it. The crew that worked on the replacement, John Orr, Joe Iake, and Buck were efficient, couteous, and professional. Heather in the office also helped resolve a problem for me. The best part is that OBA did it for $1,850 less than the estimate I was given by a competitor. I would definitely recommend."
