RORHI did a good job with the execution - the new deck and stairs look good, they're sturdy, and I expect they'll last a long time. Their partnership with GreenSky allowed me to fully finance it up front and pay it off within 12 months with no interest, and that was a major selling point. Deducting a star because a) I was told I needed a plot plan survey done, but found out after I'd spent an extra $1100 getting it that it wasn't necessary - poor communication on ROHRI's part. Also, the job took longer than it should have (3 weeks for a 5x5 deck and ~10 steps) because they kept finding that certain necessary materials had not yet been delivered. So the whole thing was completed in fits and starts due to what I can only characterize as logistical problems. They did good work, and I would absolutely have them quote me again, but if I did use them again I'd request they not begin work until they were absolutely certain they had all the necessary materials on site beforehand.

Ill never use Angi again. There was no way to contact my installer. They never showed up for my job. I say call a local pro. At least they shoe up and appreciate your business.

The work was done in three days including demolition of my old deck. The builders were meticulous and did very fine work, I was very pleased with the end result and would recommend them to anyone! They were very responsive to my slightly out of the ordinary requests. From start to finish I have zero complaints about the process!

I needed to replace the railing on my very large deck. I was interested in replacing the railing with a permanent no labour rail. I called and their Salesman came the next day/ explained the process and gave firm quote. Follow up was timely - goods delivered and installation was completed in the time frame expected. Good workers, polite. The leftovers were cleaned up and removed/ all a good experience .

RORHI were terrific. They replaced all my basement windows and the basement door. They worked with me on choosing the right windows and door for my needs and they took care to match the exterior molding. They didn't try to upsell me like many of the other folks did. They communicated well throughout and were honest and fair in all dealings. The work/installation crew were terrific. They did careful work and left the place spotless. I will hire them again in the future.

Signed contract on May 8 for deck build.On May 12 rep came to my office to collect deposit of apprx $13,000. He said project team meeting on Wed & would update me then on start date etc. On Fri May 16 I had to reach out to him. He wrote the team had met & materials were ordered. An hour later he wrote back that he was misinformed & that his boss was going to call me next week. Despite this, dep check cashed. On Mon 5. 20 rep wrote back that they had forgotten certain costs & to proceed it would be $8,000 more. Not a typo. $8,000 more. No apology. Ridiculous, contract rescinded. I wrote that he could return my deposit at my office just as he had collected it. On Wednesday the 21st I got a text from "Tom," presumably the owner/boss, saying he would "drop a check in the mail" to my address. Today is May 30th, Friday, and still no check. Check at a minimum should have been overnighted. They owe me interest not to mention the deposit to hire a contractor who will honor contract. Bad.
