Reviews
Write a ReviewKyle Witham and Chad Coughlin came out and showed us a solution for our Bath. So excited to have this installed.
I genuinely don’t even know where to begin when it comes to Julie and Andrew from DaBella. From the second they walked through our door, their energy completely transformed the atmosphere in our home. Their presentation was not only professional and informative — it was absolutely immaculate. Every detail was explained with confidence, patience, and care, and you could tell immediately that they truly LOVE what they do. What impressed me most wasn’t just their knowledge (which was incredible), but their ability to connect with our entire family on such a genuine level. They were kind and engaging with my children, instantly won over my dog, and somehow — against all odds — even had my usually grumpy husband laughing and enjoying the experience. That alone deserves an award. Julie and Andrew are the kind of people who make you feel comfortable immediately. There was zero pressure, just honesty, authenticity, warmth, and passion. They didn’t make us feel like “another sale” — they mad
Jeffrey and Efrain were amazing!!!!! So excited
If I could rate zero stars, I would. I have never had the displeasure of working with a company like DeBella in my life. I could list a myriad of issues but I have already wasted far too many hours of my life on this incompetent company. Suffice to say, I paid $32K for a James Hardie siding job and though they were way over priced, the reviews seemed great and their representative was thorough. Problem one began when the job was not completed and yet they had not wrapped any of my 15 windows per the contract. When I called to inquire, I was told they would give me a nominal refund and I could hire someone to come scrap and paint them. However, the refund which is now still not here two months later, is not even enough to cover that cost. When I asked them to come do the windows correctly being that I paid for them their response was well then we would have to take off the siding, do the windows and then put the siding back up.Sorry DaBella. That sounds like a YOU problem. I should also mention that TWICE they left such a mess on my patio that I had to clean up. When I asked the installer the next day why such a mess was left he told me the guy that has the clean up materials left early. So imagine my horror when three days later, they left a mess again that I had to clean. On the final day of the job I asked the one gentleman that was here when they would be siding the porch--also in my contract--because he asked me to sign that the job was done. He did not seem to understand English and spoke very little himself. So I called the company rep who swiftly came out and said Yep..they forgot to do that. We will get someone out. Monique scheduled an installer to come out the following Monday. I was having surgery but I made sure to have a friend rearrange their life to be at my house at 7:30 AM, the stated time. The installer never came, nor called. I called Monique to let her know and she said she would get back to me. No apology. I waited 3 days and nothing. I called again, and again she set a time for them to come out. For the second time, they were no call/no show. When I called her around 11 AM she said someone would be here by 2. They did not show and did not call. Furious, I called a third time. And a third appointment was made. And a third no call no show occurred. FINALLY, someone came out a week later and when I inspected the work, they had not caulked any of the porch. I called Monique again and again waited for her to get someone out. She never called me to set the appointment. I just woke up and someone was caulking. THEN came yet another issue. The installer caulked for sure, and it was the WORST caulking job I have ever seen., He made a mess of globs, got caulking all over the new WHITE siding board, did not smooth any of it out. It looks TERRIBLE and is completely unacceptable. I took photos and sent them to the Rep and Monique requesting that someone come and fix it PROPERLY. Again an appointment was made and no one showed. Today, Sept 29th, an installer did show. I watched him inspect the shoddy work and I left to get coffee. When i came back 15 minutes later, he was sitting in his van. And he sat there for an hour. Then he left having done absolutely NOTHING to fix the terrible caulking job. So another email is sent now. Monique has refused to give me the GM's name or number. I suppose this isn't their issue since they are paid. Time will tell if they send yet another installer to actually fix the issue. To say that my patience has run out is an understatement. Buyer beware. Maybe I just got unlucky. But I now am $32,000 in debt, with an incomplete job, and what is done looks horrendous. And I will be sure to share my still ongoing story with as many people as I can to make sure they know what they are getting into should they contact with this company
Hello, I unequivocally recommend DaBella. They did a complete siding and window install on my 35 year old MA home. Complete- as in down to inspecting and replacing rotted plywood. All re done with Hardy siding and trim as well as new triple pane widows.Nearly six figure project. I am more hesitant and skeptical than most. So, my whole-hearted recommendation means a lot. You get what you pay for with DaBella. These days- that's usually not the case. Especially in the home repair world. The siding is really gorgeous. Even more important to me was seeing the quality and attention to detail with what you can't see- all the work and material under the siding. Finally- if you work with Lauren, you can trust her 100%. She knows the industry, she knows the product lines inside and out, but what she doesn't know I am absolutely convinced is how to lie, obfuscate, coerce or rip you off.
DaBella came to my home and my wife and I sat through his window presentation. Once we got to see the cross section of their fabulous windows, we were sold. Some haggling on price with total support of the representative and we ended up agreeing to terms. We are so excited!
Dabella showed up at the perfect time. I had just purchased my first home and my home inspection indicated the house had a 20 year roof. At 15 years old, It was showing its age and was one of the first major home improvements I had considered. A Dabella representative happened to be going door to door in my neighborhood and we were able to set up a meeting with a salesman. I'm extremely happy with Chris, the salesman that Dabella had sent out. He is very polite, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable on Dabella projects. After showing me what Dabella had to offer (including the lifetime warranty) Chris and I were able to work out what I wanted and he got the process rolling. Chris was always fast to respond to any questions I had for him whether in person or over the phone. He was also able to change the install date for me when I had a work trip come up last minute. I'm extremely happy with Dabella's product but it was definitely Chris' attitude and knowledge that made the sale.
We're so happy for you! Enjoy the new roof and please let us know if we can help further. Thank you.
Thank you for reviewing us!
Don t go here unless you love extreme high pressure sales, with something less than clear, accurate and forthcoming information, high quality roofing (contracted out), but at extremely exorbitant prices and customer service which is intermittently great and non-existent. I got ripped off. I m screwed. Don t do what I did. Go with someone else.
I hired them to put a deposit, got financing and was waiting for start and 3 weeks later they just sent me my deposit back. No note of why they gave me run around when I called. Then they stopped taking calls. My financing was still active 2 months later and I had to inform the bank the job was never done. They never even told me they canceled the job or why. Very unprofessional. Also leaving my credit looking like I had just spent over 6000 on a project.
