"I called 8 pool service companies to repair my non-working pool pump. I sent pictures of the pump to 5 of them. 2 promised to come out within 2 days and never showed or contacted me again. 1 company came out but said they thought I needed an electrician. Elite Pool and Spa Services stayed in constant contact with me and came out when they promised. They replaced the motor but then realized the filter unit was bad (very old, pieces coming off and leaking badly). They quoted me the price to replace the filter unit and told me when they would be back. Right on time, again! They worked diligently and double and triple checked for any leaks. The difference in water circulation in my pool is absolutely astounding. I actually cried when they switched it on and it worked beautifully. We were unable to use the pool at all and now we look forward to a long summer of enjoyment. I am also hiring them to do the weekly maintenance on my pool. I very highly recommend Elite Pool and Spa. "Overall, I would highly recommend Swimming Pools of Florida. They are competitively priced, offer a quality product, and the customer service experience was top notch. We sourced two other quotes from larger pool companies, and the comparable quotes were all within $2,000 of each other. We chose Swimming Pools of Florida because Javier, the owner, was our main point of contact. His experience and patience allowed us to build exactly what we wanted, and within our budget. We ran into several issues that Javier helped resolve. One major issue was access to our backyard was very tight, and if we could not dig with a larger excavator it would have cost thousands more. The other pool companies would not work with us if we could not get access from the neighbor yard. Javier called my neighbor, explained the process, timeline, and assured him that everything on his property would look like it did before. The timing from contract to swimming was longer than we expected, but most of that due to permitting. Two years later, we are totally happy with the pool. The office staff at SPoFL is also very professional and responsive. I recently had the LED screen on my pool heater go out. They immediately addressed the issue, contacting the manufacturer for a work order, and replaced the part under warranty for free within a couple of days. Knowing that Javier has a lot of industry contacts, I also reached out to get a referral for a reputable company to replace my septic tank. Two years later, I left him a voicemail and he called me back immediately. I am now under contract with that company. "Sun Blue remodeled and resurfaced my pool and added a sun deck with bubblers. New tile was added and a whole new travertine deck. They installed all new pump, filter, salt cell, and heater. All was done extremely well and transformed the backyard tremendously. In addition, they also did the front driveway with travertine pavers as well which came out great. My husband and I met Oscar to discuss the remodel pool project, and soon after I knew he was the right person for the job. Oscar took the time to explain the entire process of the remodel and offered different choices of tile, diamond-bright colors, and LED lighting. The project began right on schedule and was delayed just a bit due to harsh weather. Oscar came by often to make sure everything was going well. The remodel of the pool included removing a wall of glass blocks and building a concrete wall in the spa area. Also, repairing leaking pipes. 305 Solution took care of everything and I wish I could add pictures to share the before and after pictures you would not believe it is the same pool. I am very picky and had some minor issues, but they were immediately addressed. They were efficient. They did what they said they would do, and it turned out amazing!!!
