"Had 3 companies give quites. First said major leaks even though house inspector saud none. Next said only needed repairs, but he wasn't doing small jobs. Sawgrass was by far most pleasant about explaining. Came out in less than 24 hrs for quote. Explained that roof permits were taking about 4 weeks. Not enough time before closing. He explained repairs would cover. Once hired on Saturday , was here Tuesday morning and finished in few hours. All crew were following corona guidelines. Work accepted by us and realtor.
