After having a horrific experience with a previous pool person I found shark pools. Owner called me immediately upon my inquiry and came out to assess the situation asap. Joe knew exactly what would be needed and put my pool back together with a new beautiful liner. I’m beyond pleased!! I’m so thrilled I found them!!

Excellent job, very timely and professional

I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my pool liner and step installation. It took a little longer than I anticipated but I was informed as to when they could come or when and why they couldn't come to work on the project, With the excessive heat wave we had in July, it was totally understandable not to work in 105 degree heat! Joe and his team were very congenial and respectful, I am totally enjoying the end results!!!

I hired Joe to replace vinyl liner in my pool and got more than I could ask for with the experience and know how of someone that has been in the business for so long. I appreciated that Joe is honest and not trying to just make a fast dollar ,which is a rarity in this day and time. So as a new pool owner, Joe has been gracious in tutoring this novice on what to do and the why to ensure the best life out of my pool liner and pool experience in general. Shark Pools exceeded my expectations and delivered a fantastic product. I engaged with them shortly after the gas shortage, which led to liner shortages and extended lead times. However, Joe competently got me the liner I wanted, installed it shortly after it arrived, and handled all the installation issues with professionalism and straightforward communication.
