"Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."

I have hired other people to do things and found how unusual Jamey Dulin is. Jamey has a crew that reflects his work quality and work ethic. I was pleased to see how effective and efficient his crew is. No one was slacking and they knew what they needed to do and did it. Jamey’s attention to detail is excellent. For example, Our new deck has “drink rails” and Jamey used a single piece of wood for the top piece of all straight lengths of deck rails. Edges are beveled and rounded. Ends of deck planks are nosed at the ends as well. “Camo” fasteners attach deck planks to joists. Having our new deck built by Jamey has been a pleasure and if I had to do it again I would choose Jamey Dulin again without hesitation."
