Mr. Dulin failed to secure a permit to install a new roof on my home in Grand Haven Township. He failed to supply warranty information on the new roof. And now we are having water issues with the underlying OSB wood in the walls. He will not return my calls.

Jamey does very good work, but communication is a major issue. We began discussing our project with him in May and were told he would provide a quote. On July 17th, he said he would start work on July 21st, but we never received any paperwork to sign. He even mentioned, ?I know I?m terrible at paperwork.? While working in our home, he locked our dogs outside and allowed his dog free range of the house. His dog had an accident on our white area rug, which we only discovered through our home cameras. The kitchen was completed in mid-September, and we signed off with a contingency. Nine cabinet doors did not meet our expectations due to cracks or poor assembly, and we requested replacements. On October 23rd, we followed up to ask if the cabinets had been ordered but received no response. I reached out again recently and feel we are being avoided. The quality of the finished work was good, but the lack of communication and professionalism made the experience frustrating.

Jamey Dulin is superb. From arriving on-time, doing what he said he would do and attention to detail that I have not seen for some time. I have hired other people to do things and found how unusual Jamey Dulin is. Jamey has a crew that reflects his work quality and work ethic. I was pleased to see how effective and efficient his crew is. No one was slacking and they knew what they needed to do and did it. Jamey’s attention to detail is excellent. For example, Our new deck has “drink rails” and Jamey used a single piece of wood for the top piece of all straight lengths of deck rails. Edges are beveled and rounded. Ends of deck planks are nosed at the ends as well. “Camo” fasteners attach deck planks to joists. Having our new deck built by Jamey has been a pleasure and if I had to do it again I would choose Jamey Dulin again without hesitation.

Fair pricing, reliable, trustworthy, and they got the work done promptly. Would highly recommend!

Using Remarkable Renovators for my home updates was a great choice! Jamey and his team were amazing. Always respectful, timely and friendly. They did LVP throughout entire home, drywall/mudding repair, painting, kitchen cabinet refinish, trim work and a few other items. I am very pleased with everything they did! Jamey is professional, courteous, easy to talk to and most important to me, timely. When he says he will be there at a certain time you can set your clock to that time. Extremely dependable. Plus he goes above and beyond. He treats your home like his home. When he paints, he does excellent prep work. Can’t say enough good things about Jamey. You won’t be disappointed.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. The crew was professional and attention to detail was obvious. The quote was fair, and the building process was explained in a straight forward and helpful manner. I would highly recommend Remarkable to anyone for any home construction project.

Jamie and his crew did a great job. He showed up every morning at 8:00 and worked until 5 :00.
