Our experience overall was very good, i am completely satisfied with every stage of this exterior project. Each segment of our project was handled by a team of punctual, thorough, respectful professionals. We had ONE hiccup early in our project because we didn’t hear from our project manager, why…they had a baby!!!! So, all in all things were done to my satisfaction. I will hire them for whatever “next” project is in our future.

Brad came to look at the siding on 100+ year old house. Because I have 5 year plans to expand the house and separated garage, we went through lots of scenarios for protecting the house now for less money since everything will be redone during the expansion. And Brad was amazing. He helped me figure out a plan that was affordable and made so much sense for what I’m looking to do. I don’t always have the greatest experiences with various folks involved in home repair (plumbers, electricians), and was almost crying by how understanding and helpful he was. I wasn’t upsold anything and when he left I felt so much more informed and excited to have found my siding people for when I do replace it all down the line. Thank you to Brad!!

The house was built 35 years ago, was not reroofed or painted. I had Pacific do the whole job. They were great! Great people on the job, working around weather conditions and everything is done right. I recommend them and would use again if ever needed. Good prices and warranty for 25 years on work and 50 years roofing.

Pacific Exteriors completed a soffit and rain gutter replacement project on our 1905 historic home. From bidding to contracting through construction and completion every employee and subcontractor demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, quality and care for for our home. The cost was reasonable and they kept the schedule on time and kept the job site clean and orderly. We would definitely hire them again. Great people! Great Service. Rich Malloy, South Portland, OR.
