"Mark Meredith did an awesome job on siding, painting, and carpentry work of our townhouse. Mark responded to our request for an estimate for the work and took time to explain how he would obtain the unusual siding materials needed, what the actual work would entail and provided a comprehensive and fair estimate of the time and cost. We were impressed with the crew Mark sent to do the work. The guys, headed by Cristian the foreman, worked long hours and with care to ensure the job was done right. Cristian consistently kept us informed of the progress as the work proceeded. The work was completed on time and on budget. The company cares about the quality of the work. "We were very pleased with R.P. Renovation's extensive work on our home. This project initially involved powerwashing and staining siding and decks, repairs to wood siding, and painting trim, as well as interior drywall repairs and painting. When we learned that R.P. could also handle our roof repair project, including installation of a ridge vent and reflashing skylights, we hired them for that work as well. Mauricio and the crew were responsive and professional. They made every effort to make sure the job was done right. Our home looks like new! "We had a really good experience with Roofing Pups. Their rep Alex was great to work with, and the roofing crew that came to our house did a good job and cleaned up afterward. We opted to get our gutters replaced as well as our roof, which required a second day of work. The Roofing Pups employee in charge of this job (also named Alex) noticed that the color of the new gutters didnt match our house, and made a point of checking it with us before getting started. We really appreciated this as the new gutters would have clashed with the color of our siding! Everyone with the company was great about making the change, ordering new parts and rescheduling the job. We were very impressed with their service and professionalism. We would definitely use Roofing Pups again!"

"I needed a repair on a 17-foot ceiling, over a right-angle set of stairs, and had sought quotes from multiple websites (companies and brokers, or lists). Only two prospective hires responded. One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They were very careful not to harm or dirty my home or its contents. Most importantly, they practiced very safe construction...safe for the team and safe for my family. In consideration for my family, since the scaffolding had to stretch across widely spread banisters/railing they chose to get the work done in one day, to prevent my family from needing to walk under the scaffolding that night and next morning,. The repair was excellent: a new piece of sheetrock, smooth mudding, and paint. I will definitely hire Navids Construction again."

"It is with deep satisfaction that I recommend Gradys Painting and Plastering & Construction. Mr. George Grady is a skilled craftsman. He was hired to correct long neglected and extensive masonry and window issues on a large, beautiful Presbyterian Church built in the Civil War era in Philadelphia. The property was neglected with only minimal maintenance performed over the last 40+ years. The building was in severe decline and in need of stabilization and restoration on many fronts. Cracked ledge plates were chipped out and reestablished, internal walls damaged by leakage were broken out and repaired, brickwork was repointed and in severe cases reestablished to original strength and beauty. Leaks around the base of the building were addressed to stabilize deterioration of the foundation. Large rotted window sills under beautiful stained glass windows were restored after significant masonry reestablishment due to water damage under the rotted out sills. Broken and missing stained glass windows are in the process of repair and replacement. The process started with new metal frames cast by Mr. Grady. The new frames will hold clear painted replications of the original stained glass, also crafted by Mr. Grady. Regular windows all around the church and manse were also repaired and restored. Roof leaks were accurately identified and repaired. A sagging plaster ceiling has been torn out and restored. All this work was done by Mr. Grady alone or with an occasional helper. He worked with care, expertise and respect for the original structure. The results far exceeded our expectations and have injected new life into a building on the brink. This building, owned by the Presbytery of Philadelphia, now houses a new urban ministry in a newly gentrifying area of the city. We are happy to have had the good fortune to be connected to Gradys Painting and Plastering & Construction by Service Magic."
