Julio and the team at RP Renovations did a fantastic and professional job on a trim repair and painting project at my home in Reston. Julio's approach to preparing an estimate is both thorough and thoughtful. When I posed a brief change in scope he made the effort to come back to my house and properly update his bid. Unlike many other contractors referred to me by Angi, Julio did not pressure for an immediate decision or in insist that the both owners be present. (one of Angi's recommended contractors required the man of house present because he wanted an immediate decision - that is true!) Julio was patient did not push for answers and I strongly recommend hiring him. But do you own diligence because not all those on this platform are going to be a reliable, competitive and professional as the team at RP Renovations

We’re so happy with the work by RP Renovations doing extensive repairs to our porch. The result is beautiful and sturdy. They provided a detailed estimate, explained what was needed, and went the extra mile to make sure it was safe and the finished work looked perfect. We hired RP Renovations to fix a project that had been done poorly by a previous contractor, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. My kitchen cupboards were separating from the wall. I hired R.P. Renovations to secure the cabinets. They were able to come and view the issue, as well as schedule an appointment to do the work within days. Their work was professional and efficient and the job was done well. I am pleased with their work and will definitely use them again when I need some things done around the house!

I hired Julio to repair my rustic front porch handrail, and he did an excellent job. He replaced the damaged leg with a sturdy metal one, and now the handrail feels completely solid. After painting, the new leg blends in so well that it’s hardly noticeable it’s different from the others.

Julio has worked all over my house doing work including: taking down wallpaper and repairing the walls if needed, painting, replacing marble floors with marble, installing hardwood floors, putting up moldings, replacing rotting wood on the outside of the house and painting the entire outside. He is also licensed to do electrical and plumbing work needed to complete your project. During the pandemic I had an apartment built on our lower level. It turned out fabulous. It included a large full kitchen which was accurately measured to the inch when the cabinets arrived to be hung. The counter tops were accurately measured and installed. It was perfect. The rest of the work included installation of drywall, insulation, electrical work, flooring, doors hung, shelving added in closets and even picked out the paint color because I couldn't make up my mind.
