Mikolai is very knowledgeable and a hard worker. I had multiple little projects to accomplish to prepare the house to be sold. Mikolai did most of these tasks and was very honest and straight forward with the parts and labor that were needed. He completed all the tasks he started and now the house is ready for the photographer. Nikolai is a great worker and I am so happy with the results. He has a great personality and it was a real pleasure to have him working on my house.

Mikalai removed, replaced, caulked and painted some rotten wood siding on my home. I received and approved the estimate on a Friday and the work was completed in one day on the following Tuesday. The work is of the highest quality and the work site was cleaned up as if no one had been there. I was concerned that the plantings in the area would be damaged during the work, but great care was taken and harm was done. I will not hesitate to use Mikola LLC again and highly recommend them for your next project.

Mikola did a fantastic job fixing the fossit that fell off of my home during a strom. He was here on time and quick and professional. He bought the materials needed and also gave me the receipt. He added the actual price of the materials with the labor cost. He cleaned up and finished the job. I have included before and after photos of his work and I highly recommend using his services.

Mikola arrived on time always answered his text and was Open and honest about his fees and how much he was spending with receipts worked diligently and very polite. I will rehire him if needed again.

I had some damaged drywall in a bedroom wall that needed repair. Mikola did an excellent job it was professionally done. He took his time with blending the mud smoothing sanding and texturing the drywall. This is the second job he has done for me the other was a pocket door. Mikola done excellent work I would hire him again for any handyman project that comes up.

High quality workmanship at a reasonable price. We needed a fence and gate repaired which were damaged by hurricane Milton. Mikalai went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We were able to salvage our previous gate however, it had always been a bit short and left a gap for our little dogs to go beneath. I didn't want to buy a new gate and just planned to live with the problem and not let the dogs roam the backyard. WIithout me even mentioning this issue to Mikolai, he noticed the gap and suggested altering the gate by adding a decorative piece at the bottom for no additional charge. The gate looks so much better and our yard is secure for the dogs. Mikolai is a pro dedicated to customer service and perfection. I highly recommend him.
