I initially gave a 5 star review because Jim was quick to get out and get the job done. He was professional as was Justin who is the individual who actual did the majority of the job. I hired them to pressure wash and seal my pavers by my pool. They suggested using sand to fill the gaps between the pavers. I agreed and at initial glance I was pleased. However, I quickly began to realize there were some spots that were missed and I contacted Jim to see about coming out to fix it. I sent pictures and he said he would get back with me in a response on 6/22/2022. The service was completed on 4/28. Followed-up with him via text on 6/30, 7/9, 7/14, and 7/17. I have not received a response. So, now this is my review and I will be sure to share this in other forums. I am more than displeased with the service...well, lack there of.

Jimmy is reliable and professional. He will tell you he can do anything but roofs. Painted exterior, installed siding, gutters. Removed popcorn ceiling, textured and painted. Refinished wood floors. Plus a dozen small projects.

Jim did a great job.
