"Scope of work on an existing house: Roof tear off, replace 60% of decking, new OC architectural asphalt shingle roof, additional attic insulation, vinyl siding tear off, soffit additions, replace soffit sub-facia, new aluminum cap, new premium vinyl siding and soffit panels, new seamless gutters, downspouts. Entire job spanned about five weeks including weather interruptions. A bit longer than originally planned but end result was very good. Estimator, crew managers and the various crews were professional, conscientious and delivered what they promised at the agreed-upon price. Clean-up was done daily and well. We're happy and definitely recommend this organization."

"Manny and his crew performed excellent drywall patching in multiple ceiling areas due to a leaking roof. The work was so excellent that there is no evidence of the cut outs at all. He arrived on time, took great care of our personal property and the customer service was superb. He also completed the job one business day ahead of time. The cleanup was good without evidence of drywall repair. I will definitely use this company in the future and plan to try out their painting services! 😘"

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"

"I called Roberto on Tuesday and made an appointment for the next day at 1PM to quote a repair of some loose siding. On Wednesday he arrived a few minutes early, quoted a fair price, sealed the deal with a handshake and promised to get his guys out ASAP. Just a few minutes after leaving he called me and said his guys would arrive at 3PM. His guys showed up a few minutes early, did the repair and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Summary: They showed up when they said they would. They did what they said they would do. They did it for the price they quoted. I couldn't be happier. Based on this experience I will be doing business with them again."

"Andrew and his co worker did an amazing job. They went out of there way to ensure the job was done to our expectations and all the materials required were available to complete the job on time.
