We started working with a representative and he stopped calling us back. He contacted our insurance company as our representative and never sent them any of the necessary paper work. We are concerned that maybe he fell ill as COVID19 is everywhere, but no one is answering his phone or returning calls.

Remodeling USA Roofing and Construction Inc. was asked to assess storm damage to existing siding. As per normal protocol, we contacted homeowner?s insurance company to schedule inspection. We met with insurance adjuster for inspection which resulted in a denial of storm damage due to no recent storm date causing damage. Homeowner was denied in a subsequent inspection for this same reason. If existing exterior of home is aged, it does not always fit into the category of storm damage without a current storm date and the insurance company has no reason to cover the repair or replacement. We can only bring any damage to the attention of the insurance company for their determination which is exactly what we did. Homeowner was notified of denial and nothing further could be done. Nobody likes a denial of coverage and it can be upsetting, but as a well established company, we did what we were expected to do on behalf of homeowner.

Twice the cost of the estimate but the workmanship was really good. Was afraid the new pieces of siding would not match but they were perfect in color - can't tell what's new or old.

Thank you Sue, yes matching a 10 to 20 year old metal siding I mentioned wouldn't match due to fading. But went the extra mile and got that color But I have to disagree with your statement of twice the cost of estimate? I gave you one estimate I wouldn't have done it any cheaper nor did you have to choose my company. You shopped around and called me back and stated to proceed never mentioning anything about a price concern, the price stayed the same? Happy New Year, Remodeling USA

Had some Siding pull away from the house near the roof on a Sunday and needed to get it tacked down before it blew completely off. Used HA for the first time and got a call very quickly. Came by later in the afternoon to secure it and then I will need to replace it this week because it bent, but at least the noise of it smacking against the house was gone, and the risk of it coming off and hurting someone or something was gone. Very happy
