We decided to replace the 23 year old windows and doors on the entire lake side of the house, which had deteriorated because of the force of the winds and rains coming off the lake. We got several beds, and chose JB WEST, and Pella lifestyle, tempered glass windows, with great expanse so we could see the lake in its entirety. The job has just been completed, and to say we are more than happy as an understatement. Greg Borden supervise the project, at WEST,, and worked with a terrific crew of carpenters to complete the project in much less time than we had expected. It’s been a terrific experience great product. Great installation and product, for what we believe was the right price. To say we recommend them, is an understatement

I recently had a new roof installed by JB West and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. George and Brian were especially helpful throughout the process, providing insurance information and references before I even had to ask. Their communication made everything smooth and stress-free. The install crew was professional, efficient, and completed the job quickly with excellent workmanship. I appreciated the no-pressure approach and how responsive the entire team was from start to finish. The quality of the work and the level of service were both excellent. I would recommend JB West to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company.

If you would have asked me 4 yrs ago I would have given them 5 stars. I had amazing service with them when they did my roof. I had some storm damage 3 months ago (July 2024) to my roof, gutters, siding and railing. I immediately called them because of how pleased I was with their work. Well this time around I feel as though I have gotten the run around. I understand insurance work is different and takes time but 3 months is pushing it. I have had very poor communication from almost the beginning. I even switched reps hoping that would help. It started to, but once again communication was horrible. I paid half of the balance a week ago and requested information about the insurance notification and establishing a start date, especially since the weather has become cooler. I have sent multiple emails and have not heard back since I made a payment. Not to mention I had to threaten to take my business elsewhere to get response to set up for a payment. Now that they have half the payment

Had my roof replaced last week by J&B West and they did a great job. Drew Ummel, the sales associate delivered as promised and actually went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Quick quality work

We contracted J&B West to have a Steel Roof, Soffits, Facia, & Gutters installed and found their work to be exceptional. The work was virtually flawless and they had a post construction walkaround in which the few minor issues were corrected. They achieved the promised schedule and finished in a timely period. Some of the irregularities in our previous installation were improved, possibly underlying issues were corrected. The on-site supervisor sometimes requested verification on exactly how items should be done. They were very respectful of our property and cleanup was great. I was particularly impressed that the follow up technician notified me that there was an incident in which a ladder marked a window frame. In checking it out, we struggled to find it, and when we did it was a minor rubber smudge that scrubbed off easily. This was particularly impressive as I suspect it is rare for contractors to report construction damage. Great results!!!!!!

Drew was my initial contact and inspected for hail damage..told me there was and he was also there on very short notice to meet with my insurance co.. very pleasant gentleman..I never had to call the office for updates as Caprice called often..then came Frank and his crew to install roof...what a hard working crew...they came at 630 and were done at 1230..amazing..thanks to all. very pleasant experiance and a beautiful new roof
