"Jonathan saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!! Everyone else ignored my unique problem I explained and wanted to fog the whole house. They all said they?d inspect for $200+ and if they found mold (which I already knew was there) they were REQUIRED to fog the entire house and the cheapest price anyone quoted me was $1.5k, most were over $2k. I knew it sounded wrong so I kept contacting different places. Daytona was my SIXTH company. He IMMEDIATELY knew fogging would be the dumbest thing and would not address the real issue, which he had a really good suspicion of. He came out the very NEXT DAY and did an initial inspection for FREE to find what was the cause - water leaking inside the wall causing black mold under the carpet. His suspicion was correct! We are renters and have recommended the owners use Daytona Restoration. I know for sure he would do a great job and not swindle them. I sincerely hope they use this company and we recommend them to everyone! I am telling all my friends, too!"

The service person completing the dryer vent cleaning showed us the broken flap, ran to the hardware store to buy another (at no cost to us), and replaced it for us. "I am so grateful for Asset Environmental Services! We purchased a new home at the end of June and I couldn’t understand why I kept getting sick. The house was pristine when we made the purchase, and with all new flooring. Concluding that it must be mold I contacted AES. Ben was wonderful! He answered a ton of my paranoid questions on mold and gave me a few different options to resolve the issue - things I didn’t even realize were options! He then explained that if the previous owners had pets, that could also be the problem, and if so he had ways to help me for that as well. He was also patient as I worked with my home owners insurance to check for leaks, and gave me tips on ensuring that no matter what route we went, whether we worked with AES or not, our family was taken care of. About a week after my first contact with AES they came out and did a test. The two guys that arrived were awesome! Super knowledgeable!!! We talked about where we experienced the most issues and figured out the best places to test. I was grateful that they were so willing to work with us and understand the situation. Anyhow tests came back the next day and nothing! We had no mold, which meant it was indeed the previous owners plethora of pets. The guys came back the next week and cleaned the ducts and we’ve been healthy since!!! I was so impressed and grateful!!! I give AES my highest recommendation and plan always to use them going forward!!!! Thanks AES for making our house actually a livable place to call home!!!"
