They got the job done, but now we don't have any power in that room, and they aren't responding to my calls for them to come out and fix this.

Home in Magna flooded and wife called Disaster Co. They got right to work drying the floors and tearing out ceilings and walls. They gutted the place and then they rebuilt the house from the outside in. It took a few months but we got our house back. Disaster Co. was professional and responsive. Call these guys first.

All was great initially. Workers were sent quickly to prep my home. The mold remediation went well. Now it has been several weeks and the promised we will leave your home like we found it, has not happened. Now they will not return my calls and I am left with floor coverings and a huge hole in my ceiling.

Brad walked us through the whole process and answered any questions that we had. We had them do some mold remediation in a section of our house and had to pay out of pocket. They help us with the cost to help us not to break the bank and were able to start almost immediately. Chris and miles (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) did a killer job getting everything done and to keep things as clean as possible. Brad made sure to keep in contact with us during the whole process and that we were satisfied with the finished result. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future.

Communication as to what is mitigation cost and repair costs in addition. The difference was not explained well when asked; upping the cost

They came quickly, assessed the situation and had a crew out here working in just days. Very courteous employees at all times! The work area was kept very clean, and they were very careful about the large items that couldn't be removed from the room. I will hire them again if I ever need this type of work done, and I will recommend them to others.
