"We were looking for a next-day inspection, and House Detective was the first firm to respond to the emails we sent out. Because we werent working off a referral, we didnt know what to expect, but Kevin exceeded our expectations! He arrived on time, provided an overview of the inspection plan, highlighted the issues hed be highlighting in his report during the inspection and generally inspired confidence. Although the firm charges a flat rate for inspections, Kevin spent an hour longer than planned with us, answering all of our questions. We were incredibly lucky to have chosen House Detective and will definitely recommend Kevin to our friends!"
