Came the same day posted job. Cleaned the vent and dryer still didn't work. "I don't fix dryers I just clean them." Charged us $225 and dryer still doesn't work. How about charging less since it wasnt fixed. Very disappointed.

We had our radon unit installed this week and Josh did an amazing job. He was very friendly, efficient and explained all our options. We would definitely recommend him and your company. Less than 24 hours after being installed our radon levels are now in a safe level!

Appreciate that Josh evaluated & communicated concerns regarding some "twists" in the mitigation. He did not rush & asked to include info from others [HOA, local electrician] so he could determine how best to proceed. He kept me apprised of additional charges & made certain I wanted to proceed before doing so. Efficient with install once we decided to proceed.

I had a radon mitigation system installed on Wednesday. The reason I went with your company was because of Ashley. When she met with us to go over the results of our testing and propose a solution I was greatly impressed with her knowledge of the system she was proposing. I had a number of questions and received a couple of other quotes but I always came back to Ashley. And I'm glad I did. Then there was Luke. I couldn't have asked for a better installer. He totally explained what he was going to do and did it expertly. I had a number of things that I asked him to change in the garage and he gladly did it even though it meant it was going to take longer to do. The main change was redirecting the PVC line to come out on the opposite side of my garage roof. That meant he had to climb up on to my steep garage roof in almost darkness. He did a great job and I would highly recommend Lifetime to anyone contemplating a radon mitigation system

Kendra was great! What a hardworking, friendly, polite person! She did an outstanding job! Highly recommend her and Lifetime Home Services. This company responded quickly and I got an appointment within two weeks. I would definitely hire them again.
