"Mike has gone above and beyond to help me at no charge. The apartment I was renting from Advenir at Aventine grossly neglected my maintenance issues pertaining to water leaks. The hallway leak and bathroom have been ongoing for several years. The roof leak which occurred of my knowledge in May, June and September produced visible mold. I contacted Mike at Mr. Dry since management has neglected all my request and said it was dirt. Mike conducted mold and air quality tests. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, also came back as manager tried to harrass and bully me so maintenance could try and perform repair."

Completed the work in a day. Left his equipment to purify the air for 2 days. Returned and picked up his equipment and payment. Also took post surface and air test.
