"Joe absolutely exceeded my expectations. I have a leather sofa and recliner that has never been cleaned in 10 years. And because they are leather - both items needed to be cleaned entirely by hand. Joe spent three very manually intensive hours cleaning every inch of the front, back, and sides of every nook and cranny, every cushion - and the results are absolutely impressive. As a principal partner in his business Joe could have easily sent somebody else with less experience to do this very hands-on job. But I really appreciate the fact that he wanted it done right the first time - and is the kind of business owner very willing to roll up his sleeves and do the work himself.
