From the first meeting, Rich laid out a clear and reasonably priced plan of action, and took his time answering our questions. This project took much longer than we thought due to foundation issues, which significantly extended the timeline and scope of the work, but Rich never made us feel rushed. He even lent one of his tools to help us determine when the hardwood was ready to be installed. We are already contracting Rich again to help replace and paint some of the walls where the floor was replaced, and we'll certainly reach out whenever we are in need of his services. "My granite counter had 2 growing cracks. I called a few places for quotes and Gallegos was the only company to actually send someone over to look at my counter (the others just asked for photos). Carlos gave me a quote and also suggested a few other things to include (like smoothing the cops of the she of the sink and sealing the counter) and very little extra cost. The final outcome is beautiful. The cracks are filled with epoxy that is nicely color matched and you'd only know it's not a vein in the granite of you really look hard and know what to look for. The area where the cracks was is completely smooth as well. Between that, smoothing the edge of the sink, dealing, and caulking the edge of my counter, it looks almost new. I can't say enough how great of a job Carlos did with my counter. Definitely recommend him and Gallagos."

"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
