Out of three Companies that came to inspect the system and give a quote, Alan, the owner, was the only one to open the unit up outside and run test and inspect internal components. He thought the unit could be saved, and did so! Working under these mobile homes is dirty and hot! Alan knew what had to be done and climbed underneath to replace all the insulated ductwork. Haven got to spend time and speak with him, he is a businessman who cares about the people he serves! Job very well done!"
