"I dealt with only two people -- both of whom were outstanding: first, Brandy with a beautiful telephone manner and voice called and set up my appointment. Second, Danny Casillas was the technician who came to my home to inspect my furnace. He was confident, affable, and seemed to enjoy the work he was doing. After he finished, he filled out a lengthy tune-up checklist, so I knew exactly what had been done.
