"My job was fairly complex, which is why I went directly to Heritage - I wanted to retrofit a trailer with a forced hot water heating system (replacing a hot air furnace). It required a finding a boiler from one specific manufacturer, adding the hot water baseboards throughout the trailer, and dealing with installing pipes in an uninsulated crawl space. Tyler, Mike and Dan were professional, courteous, did what they said they were going to do, explained all the new features, left the house spotless. He walked me through it on the phone and was honest in his assessment. He did not charge for the phone help and was excellent. I had a subsequent issue which he sent his service engineer John to review. John was professional, courteous and gave a frank and honest assessment and did not try to simply sell something which wasn't required. The issues I had experienced previously were gone and the water flow pressure was better than ever as was the temperature stability. Amazing service from true professionals."
