"Starting with JP the senior technician, the inspection and documentation of existing conditions was thorough, knowledgeable, and complete. Moore recommended the replacement system that would be more durable and require lower maintenance over time, and wrote a detailed proposal with a floor plan documentation. We were given financing options at the time of signing the agreement, as well. The team- five technicians!- were properly suited with protective gear and followed COVID protocols at all times on our property, inside and out. They wore shoe protectors while inside, kept us fully appraised at every task (all interior registers replaced in 11 rooms), and were extremely respectful of our space, privacy, pets, and kept noise and speaking to low levels. (our extremely friendly indoor cat got lots of attention from the team!) The work required three days to fully replace all ductwork in a two-story home with attic and crawl space, and Paul the team leader would check in with us each morning with a briefing of each days' activities. "Rick (Ricardo Mora), the owner of American Heating & Air, came to my house to look at a very old gas wall heater and give me an estimate. I was having a problem with it turning on automatically from the thermostat but not always turning off. Another company had refused to even look at it because of its age and told me I had no option other than replacing it, which is not something I can afford to do at this time. Rick not only looked at the heater, and figured out a couple of possible reasons why it didn't always turn off, but he actually disassembled the whole thing to inspect the inside of the furnace and make sure it didn't have any cracks or holes in it, and then put everything back together again. He adjusted the air intake and gas pressure and inspected and fixed the thermostat which had loose screws. Lastly he looked at another old wall heater identical to this one and secured the front panel which was loose. Now the old furnace is working just fine and he saved me thousands of dollars of expense. I also now know more about the inner anatomy of a gas wall heater and how it works than I ever wanted to know! I am extremely grateful for his help and highly recommend his company. Rick is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, punctual, and generous with his time. He went way beyond the call of duty to help me out. These old heaters won't last forever and I would have no qualms about hiring this company to repair or replace them. "My project is to add two rooms for my teens as their rooms are very small. Central furnace was not good for the health so I was searching for other options, and found out radiant floor heating system. I compared a few vendors but was not very happy about others option and cost. Then I came across Namu Hydronic Systems offered by Namuhousing company. I tested their panel which is based on Koreaâ s traditional technology and modern version. Their work was pristine and very efficient. It took a day or two to finish the job. Once I plugged the small boiler to wall outlet, it worked like a charm. Boiler is compact enough to wall mount inside of closet! No more furnace noise, no more dust in the air which is best part for my kids health!! Each room has temperature controller on the wall 3x5 inch and boiler need only a gallon of water. Each room size that We added wa about 160 sqft and we had a pleasant winter thanks to these new heatin systems from the Namu housing. I am very satisfied customer.
